The District One Public Works Integrating Committee (DOPWIC) is seeking nominations for a private sector member of the DOPWIC, as defined in Section 164.03 (A)(1) of the Ohio Revised Code. Each position serves a three (3) year term. This nomination is for the three-year term commencing at the DOPWIC Meeting, on September 24, 2024, through June 21, 2027. Members of the DOPWIC volunteer their services and are not compensated.

District One is seeking nominations for a private sector member, who has experience in local infrastructure planning and economic development and who shall represent the interests of private industry within the district.  Preference will be given to nominations from candidates that do not work for a City or a consulting firm representing any of the Cuyahoga County communities that are eligible for DOPWIC funding.

Please submit a letter of nomination and a statement of the nominee’s background and qualifications no later than Thursday, August 30, 2024. Send nominations via email to Alison Ball, District One Liaison, at aball@cuyahogacounty.us.
