The State Capital Improvement Program (SCIP)  assists local communities in financing local public infrastructure improvements. Program Year 2018 concluded, and approximately $31 million available for grants and loans. We received 52 applications from 33 applicants, requesting a total of $72,058,477.

The Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) was created to oversee the SCIP and other programs under its jurisdiction. Nineteen (19) District Integrating Committees were created throughout the State to select projects for funding using a merit-based process.
