The Cuyahoga County Planning Commission is pleased to announce the following awardees for its 2020 Community Planning Grant Program:

• The Cities of Brooklyn and Parma, and Old Brooklyn CDC for the Brookpark Road Streetscape Improvement Plan;
• The City of Garfield Heights for the Rural Town to First Suburb-Planning for Garfield Heights’ Next Century master plan update;
• The City of Maple Heights for the Zoning Map and Broadway Corridor Overlay Project; and
• The City of Rocky River for the Rocky River Development Code Update.

A total of fifteen (15) communities applied by the June 30, 2020 deadline; the four awardees will receive a combined total value of $250,000 in professional planning services, provided by County Planning, to complete the work.
