The Cuyahoga County Planning Commission is pleased to announce the following awardees for its 2025 Community Planning Services Program:

• The City of Bedford for its Bedford Master Plan;
• The City of Lakewood for its Lakewood Public Art Master Plan;
• Orange Village for its Park Links Plan; and
• The Village of Valley View for its Village Master Plan Update.

County Planning received a total of ten (10) applications by the Friday, February 7, 2025 deadline. The four awardee communities will receive professional planning services, provided by County Planning, to complete the work. As part of our overall community engagement strategy, County Planning will host a web page for each project so that citizens can be notified of public meetings, respond to surveys, review draft materials, and more fully participate in the planning process.
