The Cuyahoga County Planning Commission yesterday announced the appointment of Mary Cierebiej to the role of Executive Director of the Planning Commission. Most recently, Cierebiej served as the Senior Director of Site Strategies for TeamNEO where she led economic development efforts to create an inventory of competitive sites and attract businesses to Northeast Ohio.

Prior to her role with TeamNEO, Cierebiej worked as a Manager of Attraction & Expansion for Team Lorain County and as a Transportation Planner and Project Manager for HNTB.

“The Cuyahoga County Planning Commission is happy to announce the appointment of Mary Cierebiej as Executive Director,” said Michael Dever, Chair of the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission. “Mary has more than 20 years of planning and economic development experience in Northeast Ohio, and we look forward to her skill and expertise in leading County Planning.”
