Call for District One Public Works Integrating Committee Nominations

The District One Public Works Integrating Committee (DOPWIC) is seeking nominations for a private sector member of the DOPWIC, as defined in Section 164.03 (A)(1) of the Ohio Revised Code. Each position serves a three (3) year term. This nomination is to complete a three-year term through June 21, 2024. Members of the DOPWIC volunteer their services and are not compensated.

The District One Public Works Integrating Committee (DOPWIC) is a working committee responsible for recommending projects for funds made available to Cuyahoga County through the Ohio Public Works Commission State Infrastructure Programs, including the State Capital Improvement Program (SCIP), and the Local Transportation Improvement Program (LTIP).

District One is seeking nominations for a private sector member, who has experience in local infrastructure planning and economic development and who shall represent the interests of private industry within the district.  Preference will be given to nominations from candidates that do not work for a City or a consulting firm representing any of the Cuyahoga County communities that are eligible for DOPWIC funding.
