The Cuyahoga County Planning Commission is pleased to announce the following awardees for its 2024 Community Planning Grant Program:

• The City of Cleveland Heights for its Gateway & Wayfinding Plan;
• The City of Maple Heights for its Evolving Southgate USA Plan;
• The City of North Olmsted for its Mall Area Mixed-use Overlay District;
• The City of Richmond Heights for its Northside Business Revitalization Plan; and
• The City of Seven Hills for its Zoning Map Update & Online Resource Development.

County Planning received a total of seven (7) applications by the Friday, January 12, 2024 deadline. The five awardee communities will receive professional planning services, provided by County Planning, to complete the work. As part its overall community engagement strategy, County Planning will host a webpage for each project so that citizens can be notified of public meetings, respond to surveys, review draft materials, and more fully participate in the planning process.
