MINUTES OF THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION

NOVEMBER 8, 2018

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting of the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission (County Planning) was called to order by Chair Kenneth Surratt and the roll call showed a quorum was present.

MINUTES
On a motion by Mayor Bobst, seconded by Mayor DiCicco, the minutes of the October 11, 2018 meeting were duly adopted by unanimous vote.

Kahlil Seren arrives as alternate for Councilperson Brown.

RESOLUTIONS
On a motion by Mayor DiCicco, seconded by Mayor Byrne, with Mayor Brennan abstaining, Resolution 181108-A, approval of the Final Plat for Schady Reserve PRD Subdivision (Phase 4) located in Olmsted Township, was duly adopted by unanimous vote.

Mayor Sellers arrives.

On a motion by Mayor Bobst, seconded by Mayor Sellers, Resolution 181108-B, approval of Preliminary Plat for The Sanctuary and The Preserve of Olmsted PRD Subdivision was duly adopted by unanimous vote.

CHAIR’S REPORT
The Chair did not have a report for this meeting.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR’S REPORT
Mr. Coyne presented an update to the Board on the status of the Community Master Plans.

OLD BUSINESS
The next meeting to be held on December 13^th, 2018.

NEW BUSINESS
Jessica Fenos representing the Solid Waste District gave an update in advance of the December 2018 Policy Committee meeting.

ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Bobst moved to adjourn the meeting, the motion was seconded by Mayor Brennan and was duly agreed by unanimous vote.
