MINUTES OF THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION

SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

November 1, 2019

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting of the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission (County Planning) was called to order by Vice-Chair Councilperson Sunny Simon and the roll call showed a quorum was present.

MINUTES
On a motion by Councilperson Brown, seconded by Councilperson Simon, the minutes of the October 1, 2019 Special Board Meeting were duly adopted by unanimous vote.

 EXECUTIVE SESSION
A motion was made by Councilperson Simon, seconded by Mayor Bobst, to move into executive session to discuss the hiring of an Executive Director at 2:07 p.m. Roll call was taken, and all voted unanimously.

A motion was made by Mayor Brennan, seconded by Mr. Dever to adjourn executive session at 2:20 p.m. and the vote was unanimous.

BOARD VOTE
A vote to hire Mr. Shawn Leininger as the new Executive Director to the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission was made by Councilperson Brown, seconded by Mayor Byrne, roll call vote was unanimous.

ADJOURNMENT
Councilperson Simon adjourned the meeting

The next meeting is scheduled for December 12, 2019.
