Minutes of the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission
April 9, 2015
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting of the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission (CCPC) was called to order by Councilperson Simon with attendance as reported in Attachment A.
MINUTES
On a motion by Trustee Lippus, seconded by Mayor Procuk, the minutes of the March 12, 2015 meeting were unanimously approved.
RESOLUTIONS
Olmsted Township
On a Motion by Mayor Patton, seconded by Mayor Gorden, Resolution No:150409-A, to conditionally approve the Final Plat for Schady Reserve Subdivision located in Olmsted Township was unanimously approved with Trustee Lippus abstaining.
Contracts over $5,000.00
On a Motion by Mayor Patton, seconded by Mr. Garland, Resolution No:150409-B, authorizing a second contract with Biohabitats, Inc. for the High Performance Shoreline Management system, (the “Green Bulkhead” project), in the amount not-to-exceed $144,502.59 was unanimously approved.
NEXT SCHEDULED MEETING
Councilperson Simon announced that the next CCPC meeting was scheduled for Thursday, June 11th, 2015 at 2:00 p.m.

The meeting was adjourned.
